What is the Gulex free replacement warranty program?

We produce high quality fast charging cables and we stand behind our products. As our valued customer, we want to give you complete peace of mind. We know our products are tough and will work for a very long time, but in the unlikely event of a problem you’ll find that every cable is covered by a 12-month warranty. We offer an equivalent replacement for every verified proof of purchase.

How do I pay for my order?

Payments are processed by WorldPay to ensure the safety of your financial information. Accepted payment methods include VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. For further information on how your personal information is used, please refer to our privacy policy.

How do I use my discount code when placing an order online?

You can enter your discount code at the checkout – look for the discount field.

How much delivery charges and does Gulex ship overseas?

Delivery is free within the UK. We do not currently dispatch items to overseas addresses at this time.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

For orders received before noon, items are despatched on the same day Monday – Friday. Items are sent via Royal Mail with an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days.

Has my order been shipped yet?

You will receive an email notification when your item has been dispatched. If you can’t see one, check your spam folder.

What if I’m not home when the courier comes?

Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Should you not be in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will post a card through your letterbox with details and instructions on how to arrange a collection or redelivery.

What happens if I cancel my order?

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will receive a full refund and no further charges will be incurred. Orders cancelled when your item has already been dispatched will need to be returned at your own expense. A refund will only be issued on receipt of the item in its original condition, and a deduction will be made to reflect the cost of delivery charges.

What do I do if I have a warranty issue?

Our products are all manufactured to the highest standards and should provide a lifetime of usability. In the unlikely event of a problem please fill in the warranty claim form (here) and return the product to us along with a copy of your proof of purchase.

What do I do I don’t receive my order or if something is missing from my order?

Our friendly and helpful customer support team are on hand to assist you. Please contact them by emailing support@gulex.co.ukor by using the contact us page on our website. A representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

How do I return a product if I’ve changed my mind?

Please return the item to us in its original condition along with any packaging to address below. All return postage is at your expense, and refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item. Any refund will be reduced by the cost of the original delivery charges.
